Scope and data controller
This notice explains how WOK FOODS (THAILAND) CO., LTD. ("Wok Foods", "we", "us") handles personal data connected with the ZAVUMI NPD website, technical materials and product enquiries. It complements the privacy policy published at wokfoods.com/privacy-policy.html. Wok Foods acts as the data controller for information sent directly to its NPD team.
Information we may process
We may receive your name, business contact details, company, country or market, product interests, message content, correspondence history and any information you voluntarily include in an enquiry. The website enquiry form does not transmit data to a website database: it prepares an email in your own email application. Data is received by Wok Foods only when you choose to send that email.
Hosting providers may separately process basic technical logs, including IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, for security, fraud prevention and service delivery.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to answer questions, provide samples or specifications, evaluate distribution and commercial opportunities, maintain business records, prevent misuse, protect legal rights and comply with applicable obligations. Depending on the context, processing is based on your consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and Wok Foods' legitimate interests in operating and developing its business.
Cookies, analytics and external links
The current ZAVUMI NPD page does not intentionally set advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Essential hosting, security or infrastructure technologies may still be used by the server or hosting provider. Links to external websites and email services are governed by their own privacy practices. If analytics, embedded media or marketing technologies are added later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before activation.
Sharing and international transfers
Personal data may be shared only where reasonably necessary with authorised Wok Foods personnel, professional advisers, IT and hosting providers, logistics or sample partners, manufacturers, distributors or business partners involved in your request, and public authorities where required by law. Because Wok Foods works internationally, data may be processed outside your country. We use reasonable contractual, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer and applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, to maintain business records, meet legal or contractual requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the enquiry and applicable obligations. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, data portability or information about how your data is used. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed and some rights may be limited by legal exceptions. Children and policy changes
This business-to-business NPD service is not directed to children and Wok Foods does not knowingly seek personal data from minors. We may revise this notice when the website, technologies, business practices or applicable rules change. The latest version and effective date will be published with the relevant materials.

ZAVUMI product concepts, names, packaging concepts, technical sheets, layouts, photographs, illustrations, AI-assisted visualisations, text and other materials are proprietary to Wok Foods or used with permission. They are supplied for confidential buyer, distributor and product-development evaluation only.
No material may be copied, republished, modified, reverse engineered, distributed, sold, used to train an AI model, or used to create competing packaging or commercial products without prior written permission from Wok Foods. Downloading a file does not transfer ownership or grant a licence beyond internal evaluation.
NPD and AI transparency
These materials describe a new-product-development concept. Packaging, recipes, ingredients, allergens, nutrition, preparation, shelf life, logistics, claims and regulatory wording remain subject to final technical, commercial and market-specific validation. AI may assist research, portfolio exploration and visualisation; formulation, food safety, sensory assessment and regulatory decisions require qualified human review. Product imagery may include AI-assisted visualisations and should not be treated as final production photography or print-ready artwork.
