AI Transparency Notice
Wok Foods Co., Ltd. may use artificial intelligence and other digital tools to support research, ideation, visual exploration and production efficiency. Human judgement remains responsible for project decisions.
1. Purpose
This notice explains where AI-assisted outputs may appear and prevents illustrative material from being mistaken for final technical or commercial evidence.
2. How AI may be used
- early-stage concept exploration and mood development;
- illustrative product or packaging visualisation;
- drafting, translation, summarisation and information organisation;
- analysis support and workflow automation;
- quality checks that remain subject to human verification.
3. Human review
AI-assisted outputs are reviewed, selected and edited by people. Final specifications, regulatory statements, claims, artwork, contracts and manufacturing instructions require appropriate human and professional validation.
4. Limits of visual content
A rendering may not represent exact dimensions, ingredients, colour, texture, labelling, packaging mechanics or commercial availability. Illustrative dashboards do not represent live market data unless clearly stated otherwise.
5. Data and confidentiality
Confidential client or supplier information should be processed with approved tools, access controls and contractual safeguards. Public generative systems must not be assumed to provide an appropriate confidential environment.
6. Rights and attribution
AI assistance does not alter third-party ownership. Wok Foods Co., Ltd. reviews source material, licences and contractual conditions and does not intentionally present another party’s protected work as its own.
